Record the placard size, wheel package, load and speed requirements for vehicles due for reconditioning. Flag staggered fitments and run-flat requirements separately. Group matching approved sizes into bulk lines without replacing a required rating with a cheaper tire.

Avoid leftover inventory from mixed requirements

Compare your service pipeline with each listing's minimum before ordering. A passenger listing requires at least 20 tires and an SUV listing at least 16. Combining several sizes does not lower those requirements. Confirm stock and delivery timing before scheduling vehicle handovers.

Ask for brand, model, condition, production dates and applicable warranty terms. Dealer accounts, credit terms and brand-authorized status are not confirmed. Keep the written lot details with your reconditioning records and have fitment assessed by your tire professional.
